Haian Aoyu Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. specializes in the production and processing of various quality ductile iron castings and gray iron castings with total assets of 200 million RMB. Covering an area of 70 mu (about 4.7 hectares) with a building area of 30,000 square meters, we build our annual production capacity of 25,000 tons of castings. We are committed to green casting and smart casting equipping with multiple dust removal equipment and VOC treatment devices, whose emission standard is 10 mg in the molding, casting, cooling, shot blasting, grinding and painting areas. And enclosed soundproof room and dust removal room have been equipped, with emission standards higher than current environmental emission requirements. We have built smart digital factory workshops with ERP and MES of Kingdee Cloud's Star series. In workshops, multiple data bulletin boards have been equipped to reflect the production data of each link and control quality
